how long will it take to receive my fitbook after it ships?

orders placed before 5pm PST will be shipped out the next business day! while we can't tell you exactly when it will arrive - we can give you estimates! shipping tip: ship to a business address and you get a little better rate for expedited orders!

  • USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery: 3 – 5 business days to most locations in the US
  • FedEx express: estimated delivery by the end of the second business day
  • international: first class may take 7-12 business days, while priority mail arrives in 5-7 business days.

international packages may get caught in customs which fitlosophy cannot control. however, we DO ship all international packages via USPS first class or priority to reduce the likelihood of this! we want to keep your cost down and it get your order to you a.s.a.p.!

what is the status of my order?

all orders placed before 5pm PST will be shipped out next business day. upon shipment you will receive an email with your tracking number, or you can log in to your account and click on your order to view the status. if you have a specific question regarding your order, please email and include your order # in the subject of the email and a customer service rep will respond within 48 hours.

do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
yes! we are able to ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
do you ship internationally?
yes - we ship fitbooks anywhere and everywhere! currently we only ship internationally via USPS so that our international customers don't have to pay customs fees, however, there is no tracking available as it makes its journey to you! places the fitbook has traveled: canada, hong kong, australia, japan, england, france, kuwait...and many more. the fitbook is quite worldly! want to find fitlosophy products in your country? find us near you!

are your products sold in any store locations or only online?

fitbook is proud to be sold nationwide in Target and for our Canadian fitbookers at Indigo Books & Music Inc.! click here to view the list of locations where you can buy our products near you.

when will the new versions of fitbook be available for purchase?

we are excited that the fitbook family continues to grow with upcoming versions in the works! to keep up-to-date on all things fitbook, including new product launches, sign up for our newsletter online.

where can I connect with other fitbookers?

do you offer any programs for corporate wellness or education that complement fitbook?

are your products available for wholesale purchase?
