[turkey + spinach pinwheels + bell pepper strips + grapes]

  • 3 slices turkey
  • handful baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 1 wrap or tortilla
  • 1 cup bell pepper slices
  • ½ cup grapes
  1. spread one side of the wrap with the hummus + lay the turkey + spinach in the middle.
  2. fold in opposite sides of the wrap + then roll tightly starting from one open end until you have a log shape.
  3. cut into 4 rounds + pack in the plate, along with bell pepper slices + grapes.
  4. lid + go!
[spinach + apple salad + sliced boiled egg + rosemary crackers]

 

 

  • 3 big handfuls baby spinach, chopped
  • ½ apple, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup goat cheese crumbles
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp dijon mustard
  • sea salt + black pepper to taste
  • 1 boiled egg, sliced
  • 5 rosemary crackers
  1. toss spinach + apple slices + walnuts + cheese crumbles + pack in the plate.
  2. whisk together olive oil + vinegar + mustard + salt + pepper + store in one of our handy screw-top snackstak jars (this way you can dress the salad just before you eat + avoid soggy spinach leaves!).
  3. plate the boiled egg + crackers.

[greek zoodle salad + sliced chicken sausage + orange slices]
  • 1 small zucchini, spiralized
  • 1 small english cucumber, sliced
  • 3 mini bell peppers, sliced
  • 3 mushrooms, sliced
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives, halved
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp nutritional yeast powder
  • sea salt + crushed red pepper to taste
  • 1 italian chicken sausage, sliced + cooked
  • 1 orange, peeled + sliced
  1. in a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil + lemon juice + garlic powder + nutritional yeast + salt + pepper until fully combined.
  2. toss zucchini + cucumbers + bell peppers + mushrooms + olives + feta with the dressing until everything is lightly coated.
  3. plate zoodle salad + chicken sausage + oranges.
  4. lid + go!
