how long will it take to receive my fitbook after it ships?
orders placed before 5pm PST will be shipped out within 48 hours! while we can't tell you exactly - we can give you estimates!

- USPS first class or priority mail: 3-5 business days
- UPS ground (US only): 3 business days
- USPS first class or priority international: 5-10 business days

important note: ship via USPS at your own risk! while it is more cost effective, there is no tracking available via USPS, only delivery confirmation. we recommend shipping UPS so that if for some reason your package is lost, we can track it down for you! little insider tip: ship to a business address and you get a little better rate!

what is the status of my order?
all orders are shipped next business day via USPS. upon shipment you will receive an email with your tracking number, or you can log in to your account and click on your order to view the status. if you have a specific question regarding your order, please email orders@getfitbook.com and include your order # in the subject of the email and a customer service rep will respond within 48 hours.

do you ship internationally?
yes - we ship fitbook anywhere and everywhere! currently we only ship internationally via USPS so that our international customers don't have to pay customs fees, however, there is no tracking available as it makes its journey to you! places the fitbook has traveled: canada, hong kong, australia, japan, england, france...and many more. the fitbook is quite worldly!

do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses via UPS per their guidelines, however we can ship orders containing 1 or 2 fitbooks via USPS to APO/FPO addresses.

is the fitbook sold in any store locations or only online?
fitbook is proud to be sold nationwide in Target, 24 hour fitness, Sport Chalet and in Canada at Fitness Town! click here to view the list of locations where you can buy fitbook near you. we're currently growing our little fitbook footprint - so if we're not available near you, in the meantime you can order your fitbook online at www.getfitbook.com.

yes! our primary focus at fitlosophy is to give our customers exactly what they want! in a recent survey, fitbookers told us the features they wanted and so we listened. with 20% more pages, check out what’s new in fitbook 3.0. but never fear - all the things you know and love about fitbook have not changed - there's just more to love!

when will the new versions of fitbook be available for purchase?
