As a personal trainer to lots of pregnant mamas I LOVE Fitlosophy's mama2b!. It's a great tool to help pregnant moms be more aware of what they are eating & their lifestyle choices. When they write down what they've eaten, their exercise, doctor visits, little notes, goals they'd like to stick to, etc. it's amazing how it really impacts them. I always say everything you eat/do/feel your baby eats/does/feels too. As crazy as it may seem, stress is included.
