"i just wanted to take a moment and express my utter and undying love for fitbook. about a year and a half ago, i had been living on a diet of processed carbs, large restaraunt portions, and beer. "the first 2 weeks after receiving my fitbook, i lost 6 lbs!!! after 12 weeks i have achieved my weight loss goal of 1 pound per week...but that's just the beginning of my success. during week 4, i hurt my ankle in a kickboxing class and was not able to do my high intensity cardio workouts for 3 weeks! i felt so defeated that i got off my diet and stopped writing down my food. any other time i would have throw in the towel and slipped back into months of bad habits, but i couldn't because....i MISSED writing in my fitbook!!! beyond that, with the help of the nutrition tracker at the bottom of the food log, i now eat a more balanced diet (i didn't realize i wasn't eating any vegtables!) and remember to take a daily multivitamin too. the simple act of being more mindful of what i'm eating and how much of it, as well as being accountable to my fitness goals, have been the root of my success so far (and turned me into a fitbooker forever!!!!). thanks so much for an amazing product...i have already started my next fitbook and can't wait to update you on my next 12 week success!
